Summer Exhibition 2017
The Howth Photographic Club opened it’s Summer Exhibition 2017 yesterday in the Old Courthouse in Howth. As usual there were two competitions, the club Summer Trophy and the Spirit of Howth. The standard this year was very high and a most enjoyable evening was had by all. We would like to thank all of our sponsors for their support, with special thanks to Fingal County Council and Supervalu, Sutton. Club Summer trophy results: 1st Brian O’Loughlin 2nd Samuel Keegan 3rd Cathy Dranse Spirt of Howth winner: Diana Thurmann. Of course no competition could take place without judges and we were very lucky to have two very talented ones. A big thank you to Darren Kinsella (Spirit of Howth) and Marek Biegalski (Summer Trophy) for judging the competition.
